PAYMENTS

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SKULLS?

We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard etc.) or PayPal.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT DOESN’T WORK?

We’re sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!

IS YOUR SITE SAFE AND SECURE?

YES! Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.

WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?

During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the magic happen. Remember, only one discount code can be used per order!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

ALL ITEMS IN STORE TAKE 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS. PLEASE ADD PROCESSING TIME TO YOUR SHIPPING ESTIMATE BELOW.

CAN I TRACK MY SKULLS JOURNEY?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your skull’s journey at www.dhl.com. You can also send us a quick message and we’ll be happy to track it for you.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.
Orders to Asia/Australia/US may be slightly faster, while orders to Mexico/Canada/Brazil will take longer.

There are certain circumstances that may occur that are not within our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc). These situations may result in a delay in the shipping of your order. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time of your order.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN MY SKULL?

Yes! We want you to be head over heels for your new Skull. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you’re simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

WILL MY SKULL CARVING LOOK EXACTLY LIKE ON THE PICTURE?

Yes! You‘ll receive a skull carving similar to what’s on the picture. The skull and horns may vary slightly in size (+/- 1-2cm) and appearance as no two skulls or horns are exactly the same. If you have any special requests (e.g. a very large skull or especially curvy horns etc.), feel free to message us right after you placed your order and we’ll handpick a model that suits your needs.

WHAT IF MY SKULL ARRIVES DAMAGED/BROKEN?

We guarantee that all of our skulls arrive in crisp condition. All of our carvings are packed securely using extensive amounts of bubble wrap and other materials to make sure they arrive damage-free. In the case that something does arrive broken we take full responsibility and offer either a full refund or we could reship a brand new skull.

WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM IN IMPORTING ANIMAL SKULLS IN MY COUNTRY?

No! Right after you placed your order, we process all necessary export and import documents for our animal skulls via the department of animal conservation as all of our skulls are cleaned according to international taxidermy standards and we have all the legal papers necessary so there will be no problem in importing these skull carvings in your country.
